About The Position

This role involves leading bartenders during assigned shifts, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, interacting with guests, maintaining the bar area, ensuring responsible alcohol service, handling payments, collaborating with staff, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender
Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
Must meet the legal drinking age requirements in the jurisdiction of employment.
Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).

Responsibilities

Lead bartenders during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.
Handle cash, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily receipts.
Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional guest service.
Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards at all times.
