About The Position

Rhythm & Rye Rooftop Bar is seeking energetic, guest-focused Bartenders who can craft exceptional cocktails, create memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced rooftop atmosphere. If you love hospitality, teamwork, and creating great vibes, we want to meet you!

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment
• Knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred
• 1-2 years of Food & Beverage or Bartending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails according to recipes and standards
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service
• Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings
• Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
• Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready
• Assist servers and barbacks to ensure seamless service
• Complete opening, closing, inventory, and side work duties
• Help create a fun, welcoming rooftop experience for every guest
