The BARTENDER is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while preparing and serving beverages with care and precision. This role requires a strong foundation in mixology, clear communication and a genuine commitment to quality and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Team player + positive attitude
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication and positive interpersonal skills required
1 year of experience as a server
Service experience in a fast-paced environment
Able to acquire a California Handler license, Sexual Harassment certification and RBS (alcohol) license (before or within 2 + weeks of hire date)

Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

Craft our delicious unique cocktails, while educating, interacting and connecting with our guests through food, beverage and culture
Set the ambiance (music, lights, cleanliness, etc) of the bar area for an enjoyable and memorable guest experience
Assess needs to ensure guest satisfaction and make recommendations to enhance flavor profiles with appropriate food and drink pairings
Prep and restock inventory, garnishes and juices to ensure no shortages during the shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools and equipment
Be personable, always greet patrons, engage with a positive attitude and make an effort to remember regulars
Be a team player, and work together with your team to foster a healthy and warm atmosphere
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Support and assist with other duties as assigned
