Requirements

Previous Guest Service experience.
Previous Bartending Experience.
Smart Serve Certification required
Good communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, speak English

Responsibilities

Greets guests and takes orders for food and beverages from guests and servers in accordance with relative legislation.
Speedy and accurate service of beverages and food.
Timely presentation of guest checks.
Cash and credit card handling procedures.
Accurate posting of charges to guest accounts.
Answer any guest questions or direct them to someone that can assist them.
Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Should always conduct him/herself with a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guest, co-workers and managers.
Complete specified opening procedures, to include correct cash and key handling procedures.
Prepare the bar for service, including preparation of the dishwasher, stocks, mixers, ice and garnishes.
Maintain efficient working usage of the Remanco system and ensures that all orders are input into the system.
Adherence to liquor licensing regulations at all times.
Maintenance of a hygienic and safe working environment at all times.
Maintains an efficient working par stock.
Complete full closing procedures, duties to include delivery of empties to pick up area.
Reconciliation of cash and vouchers to sales receipts at the end of each shift, for deposit to the General Cashier.
Completions of bar requisition upon completion of each evening shift.
Adhere to and comply with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials according to MSDS
Follow Chelsea grooming policy. Nametag must be visible at all times.
Complies with Hotel and Company's Policies and Procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
