About The Position
As a Bartender at Parc Soleil, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, you will serve food and beverages while supporting resort operations and delivering service to guests. The role involves knowledge of menu items, beverage brands, cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and other prepared beverages; compliance with state alcohol-service regulations; collecting payment; and keeping the bar and pool-grill area clean and stocked. You will also use Micros and complete end-of-shift reports.
Requirements
- One year of previous bartending or serving experience in a hospitality environment.
Nice To Haves
- Alcohol Awareness Certification.
- Food Safety Certification.
- Two or more years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Know and serve menu items, beverage brands, cocktail recipes, beers, wines, sodas, water, sugars, and other prepared beverages.
- Follow state regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption.
- Serve hot and cold food to guests promptly as needed.
- Collect payment for beverages and food served in the pool-grill area, and keep the bar and grill area clean and free of clutter.
- Perform assigned general cleaning tasks with standard cleaning products to meet health standards.
- Prepare bar supplies, including ice, and slice and pit fruit for drink garnishes.
- Use Micros and complete end-of-shift reports.
