About The Position

Panorama on Seven is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This role involves preparing and serving beverages and light meals, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and handling guest-related issues. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain food and beverage safety and quality standards. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
• Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
