About The Position
Panorama on Seven is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This role involves taking orders, preparing, and serving beverages and light meals to guests, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. The Bartender will also be responsible for handling guest issues and communicating with management and staff. The position offers a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
- Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
- Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
- ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
- Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
Responsibilities
