Working here you can enjoy the convenience of being in a prime location, with easy access to transportation, entertainment and shopping Bartender Position Summary Our Bartenders are skilled hospitality professionals who craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, creativity, and care. Working in both bar and restaurant settings, they engage guests with warm, attentive service while maintaining a clean, organized, and energetic environment. Bartenders are expected to have strong product knowledge, uphold responsible service standards, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience through personalized recommendations and efficient execution. This is a tipped position, with earning potential based on service quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Good knowledge of liquor and preparation methods.

Responsibilities

  • Crafts delicious cocktails and drinks for both the bar and restaurant.
  • Serves a variety of wines, draft, and bottled beers, along with delectable food, all up to hotel standards.
  • Handles payments for drinks with precision, following hotel accounting procedures.
  • Attends to guests’ needs with prompt and friendly service.
  • Guides guests in choosing the perfect food and beverage items.
  • Promotes cocktail hours and special events with flair.
  • Implements alcohol awareness procedures to prevent guest intoxication.
  • Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures to prevent guest intoxication while maintaining professionalism and care.
  • Prepares drinks and ensures correct pricing.
  • Assists servers with bar knowledge and expertise.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, restocks, and stores bar items meticulously.
  • Secures all money at the end of each shift.
  • Keeps the supervisor informed of any significant issues or unusual matters.
  • Serves bar menu food according to hotel standards.
  • Ensures proper storage of alcohol.
  • Maintains cleanliness of bar service and guest areas.
  • Reports maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Requisitions alcohol and bar food as per hotel standards.
  • Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the hotel, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.
  • Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands and employees may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work.
