About The Position

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role ensures responsible alcohol service, monitors guest needs, and collaborates with the team to provide exceptional service. The position also involves preparing garnishes, setting up service areas, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and handling cash and payments accurately.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
