About The Position

The Tuxedo Club seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and customer service driven Bartender to join our team! This role is responsible for providing an excellent member and guest experience by utilizing knowledge and skill of beverage service and operation. Duties include inventory, stocking, set up lists, opening/closing out bar, creating and serving all beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar and seating area, adhering to Club uniform standards, and complying with all NYS Health & Safety codes with regard to food & beverage. This job description in no way states or implies that this position is limited to the aforementioned duties. You may be required to perform other job-related duties assigned by your Supervisor, or Director.

Requirements

• 2 years' bartending experience
• Basic knowledge of DOH regulations
• Ability to develop inventory lists, stocking and set up lists specific to function amount
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• Knowledge of the most common cocktails, garnishes, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
• Team player that is energetic, professional, has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work varied shifts which include weekdays, evenings, weekends & holidays

Responsibilities
