About The Position

Our bartenders play a key role in the restaurant's success by creating quality drinks in a high-volume restaurant/bar. We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our amazing team! If you love making excellent drinks and creating a great atmosphere, we want you! If you also have some knowledge in mixing drinks and ingredients, that is a big plus. Your main goal will be to make our customers happy and satisfied. Our Bartenders are relied on to provide memorable, thoughtful experiences through engaging with our guests, preparing delicious beverages, serving food with a smile, and anticipating the needs of each guest that visits us. We encourage our team members to be well-rounded and willing to do whatever it takes to keep us running smoothly. No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and will be encouraged to take on different positions within our team.

• Tasks will be performed using and in the proximity of coolers, stoves, and other hot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with every guest, provide friendly and personable service.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including seating area.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of all our menus & products and demonstrate knowledge of dietary/allergy information and proper food handling.
• Operate a POS register to complete customer transactions.
• Prepare drinks according to recipe and customer requests.
• Communicate with kitchen to ensure all orders and requests are filled.
• Monitor wine & liquor displays and restock inventory.
• Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude.
• Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers.
• Contributes to long- and short-form integration proposals and topline concepts.
• Oversee operational software and operations.
• Support the team on all integrations and proposals.
• Ensure performance, reliability, functionality, and compatibility is up to company standards.
