The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related technical field and six years of experience in a technical software occupation, including specific experience in Windows OS hardening, cloud and on-premises software deployment, customer consulting, team leadership, SQL Server, Windows and Linux OS, automation and monitoring, message brokers, distributed software architecture, technical problem resolution, software delivery processes, technical specifications, retail industry software (POS and Loyalty Systems), integration of retail software solutions, and Web Services API. The job can be performed anywhere in the US with full-time telecommuting permitted, and requires up to 10% travel domestically and internationally. The position supervises three direct employees.
