Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar, sports bar, or full-service restaurant preferred
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be at least 21 years old
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Missouri state alcohol server permit (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Follow all recipes and portion controls for consistent quality
Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
Adhere to all state and local regulations for responsible alcohol service
Provide friendly, attentive, and prompt service to guests at the bar and in the dining area
Engage guests with knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and featured drinks
Handle guest concerns and special requests in a professional manner
Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
Work closely with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff for seamless operations
Support front-of-house team in maintaining a positive and energetic environment
