Full Time Bartender
About The Position
Cherokee Town & Country Club is hiring a full-time Bartender to provide friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient service to members and their guests. The Bartender learns the menu and daily specials, takes food and beverage orders, makes recommendations about dinner, dessert, and wine, and mixes and serves drinks using appropriate service methods for wine and other beverages. The role also includes preparing drinks for events such as weddings, parties, private dinners, and golf outings. The position is based at the club in the Atlanta area and offers a variety of shifts while the club is open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- At least two years of previous bartending experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including how to properly mix drinks.
- Friendly, approachable manner and attention to detail.
- Customer-service orientation and comfort working in a creative, social environment.
