About The Position

1909 Gastropub in Old Town Temecula is seeking an Engaging, Experienced and Enthusiastic Craft Cocktail Bartender who is passionate about craft cocktails and providing an exceptional guest experience! At 1909, we pride ourselves on our craft cocktails, excellent food, and extraordinary guest experience! Our ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and extraordinary guest experience! We believe hospitality is more than serving drinks—it's about creating memorable moments, building genuine connections, and making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Our bartenders play a key role in setting the tone of the guest experience and are often the face of our restaurant. We are looking for hospitality professionals who understand that great cocktails and genuine service go hand in hand. Successful candidates understand that hospitality is in the details. From greeting guests with enthusiasm, anticipating needs before they arise, engaging in authentic conversation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, our bartenders are expected to deliver experiences that keep guests coming back. You should take pride in creating not only exceptional cocktails, but also unforgettable moments that reflect the culture and standards of 1909. This position requires a self-motivated, experienced, and guest experience focused person who strives on perfecting recipes and providing that "it" factor in every cocktail! Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience at a high-volume bar
• Minimum 3 year of craft cocktail and craft beer experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to Liquor Licensing Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills
• Thrives and works well under pressure
• Flexibility and willing to work shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and split shifts
