About The Position
Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) is seeking a part-time Bartender to join their team. The role involves supporting co-workers and patrons to maintain a clean, friendly, and fun taproom atmosphere. Ideal candidates will embrace the company culture and vision, demonstrating a "can-do" personality, self-motivation, a customer-focused attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include taking orders, pouring beer, mixing cocktails, serving guests, maintaining a clean bar space, and replenishing supplies. The position requires a strong desire to promote brands and provide unparalleled guest experiences.
