Bartender
About The Position
The Bartender is a hospitable Front-of-the-House team member who serves guests and colleagues safely and responsibly. The role requires knowledge of Wintzell’s and its menu and contributes to an outstanding dining experience through suggestive selling, serving food and drinks, answering menu questions, and attending to guests promptly and politely. The Bartender is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales performance objectives set, communicated, and monitored by management. The role also requires knowledge of applicable local alcohol-service laws and policies and adherence to all such requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Wintzell’s and its menu.
- Knowledge of local laws and policies regarding serving alcohol.
- Adherence to all applicable alcohol-service policies and laws.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests and team members hospitably and responsibly.
- Suggestively sell and serve food and drinks.
- Answer guests’ inquiries about the menu.
- Attend to guests promptly and politely.
- Meet or exceed sales performance objectives set and monitored by management.
- Follow all applicable policies and laws regarding alcohol service.
