About The Position

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages according to established standards while delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous bartending experience required.
Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, garnishes, and preparation techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, according to recipes and standards.
Provide outstanding guest service in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area.
Ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
Monitor and safeguard beverage inventory while following established control procedures.
Process guest transactions and perform cashiering duties accurately.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and guest-ready bar at all times.
Assist team members and support overall restaurant and resort operations.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
