About The Position
The Anthem is seeking experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team in a fast-paced live music venue. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and work well under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a loud, energetic live entertainment setting.
- Flexible schedule with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
- Operate the POS system efficiently during high-volume events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all company policies.
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled events.
- Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and management to provide outstanding service.
