The Bar is seeking a Bartender to prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. This role involves issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles, setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area, preparing fresh garnishes, stocking supplies, and washing soiled glassware. The Bartender will also be responsible for removing soiled wares, anticipating replenishment needs, processing payments, counting the bank at the end of the shift, completing cashier reports, and securing all bar-related areas. Additionally, the role requires adherence to all company and safety policies, maintaining a professional appearance, protecting company assets, and providing excellent guest service by welcoming and addressing guest needs. The position involves developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and ensuring quality standards are met. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to lift and manipulate objects up to 50 pounds. The role also requires performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
