About The Position

Casanova Restaurant is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Bartender to join our team! If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages while providing exceptional customer service to restaurant and bar guests. You will maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policies and state regulations.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Current TABC Certification required or the ability to obtain certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide outstanding service.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Take food and beverage orders from bar guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and garnishes.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
