About The Position

This is a part-time Bartender position at Ciera Steak and Chophouse. The role involves mixing and dispensing beverages, taking drink orders, processing payments, adhering to regulations, maintaining cleanliness, stocking the bar, and possessing knowledge of beers, liquors, and trends. Requirements

Ability to mix and dispense beverages according to established recipes.
Ability to take drink orders from servers and process them efficiently.
Ability to operate a computer cash drawer and process various forms of payment.
Knowledge of state, county, and federal regulations, and Company internal controls, policies & procedures.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in service and storage areas.
Ability to maintain and replenish beverage and bar service items.
Ability to pour a high volume of drinks.
Knowledgeable about beers, liquors, and beer/liquor trends.
Ability to relate knowledge of beers and liquors to consumers.
Ability to follow the Purpose and Values model.

Responsibilities

Mix and dispense beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures.
Take drink orders from servers and process drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Operate and balance computer cash drawer and take payment from guest(s) when assigned.
Properly process transactions, involving cash, credit card or other forms of payment.
Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service areas and storage areas.
Maintain stock on all beverage and bar service items and replenish as required.
Pour a high volume of drinks.
Be knowledgeable about beers, liquors and beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.
Follow the Purpose and Values model at all times.
Other related duties as assigned by management.
