About The Position

The Bus Person is responsible for assisting Food Servers, maintaining side stations, controlling waste and breakage, and ensuring the restaurant remains neat and clean. This role involves wiping down chairs, tables, and child seats, as well as picking up floors around tables. The Bus Person must observe good sanitation and safety procedures and adhere to the Thoughtful Service Model. Other duties may be assigned as needed. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Keep side stations stocked.
• Assist Food Servers as necessary.
• Help control waste and breakage by handling service ware with caution and loading/unloading bus tubs with care.
• Avoid discarding reusable items.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant neat and clean.
• Wipe down chairs, tables, child seats, and pick up floors around each table bussed.
• Observe good sanitation and safety procedures.
• Adhere to the Thoughtful Service Model at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
