About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Old Post. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the restaurant industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Food handler and alcohol certification required

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of mixology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Take drink orders and process payments accurately
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Learn guests' preferences and provide personalized service
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
