About The Position

Old City Prime is looking for an experienced, professional Bartender to join our fine dining steakhouse team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality, has a strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and enjoys creating a great experience for every guest. At Old City Prime, you'll have the opportunity to work in an upscale, fast-paced environment where quality service and genuine hospitality are important.

Requirements

2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to confidently interact with guests and provide a polished, professional experience
Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable and dependable
Must be available every Friday and Saturday evening
Availability for additional evening shifts as needed

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer
Deliver friendly, polished service while creating a welcoming bar atmosphere
Build relationships with guests and remember preferences to create a personalized experience
Take orders, manage tabs, and process payments accurately through the POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
Work efficiently during busy and high-volume periods while maintaining service standards
Communicate and work closely with servers, culinary staff, and management
Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Help maintain the overall service standards and guest experience of Old City Prime
