About The Position

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve food and drinks while creating a fun, welcoming environment for Guests. They provide exceptional, timely service, know the menu, make food and beverage suggestions, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Alcohol certification, as required.
• Comply with company uniform standards.
• Be prepared to create a memorable Guest experience.
• Teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Ability to act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, subject to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all Guests.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guests’ needs.
• Follow local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite Guests to return.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and safe, and complete required side work.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
