Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking beverage and food orders accurately.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations throughout the shift.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, ensuring proper billing and change.
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
