About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and personable PT Bartender/Server to provide excellent service and create a friendly, engaging atmosphere. This person will work both as a Bartender in our Atrium Lounge and as a Server in our Atrium Grill as needed based on hotel coverage needs. As Bartender, you will be crafting and serving a variety of beverages, mixing drinks, managing inventory, taking food orders, etc. As Server, you will provide excellent service by taking orders both in the dining area and room service, delivering food and beverages and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Previous Bartender experience required
• A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered

• Hotel experience is always a plus!

Responsibilities

• Steady Saturday and Sunday coverage as well as potentially an additional day(s) of the week as needed. Hours are 4:30pm - 11:30pm
• Crafting and serving a variety of beverages, mixing drinks, managing inventory, taking food orders
• Mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service
• Providing excellent service by taking orders both in the dining area and room service, delivering food and beverages and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience
• Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Report to the Food & Beverage Manager
