Server / Bartender
About The Position
As a Server/Bartender at Island Lake Lodge, you will be an integral part of an incredible culinary team. The role involves serving standout dishes and crafting great drinks with style and confidence, contributing to the warm, energetic, and unforgettable experiences that guests seek at Island Lake Lodge. You are expected to bring personality, charm, and a smile, along with strong food and drink knowledge, to enhance the guest experience. This position is for the summer season (June through September), with the opportunity for continued employment in the Winter Season.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dining and/or bartending experience
- Serving It Right certification
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, beer
- Ability to craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash, POS systems, and process payments accurately
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
