BARTENDER/BEVERAGE SERVER

The Role As a Beverage Server/Bartender, you take drink orders, make and serve beverages, and ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience. You support the bar and restaurant team by providing attentive service and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in assigned areas. Shift Availability 10:00am - 1:00am (must be flexible to work any days of the week including holidays and weekends). This shift is based on hotel business demands.
Requirements
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive beverage service
- Take and make drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation
- Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations
- Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization
- Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Assist with side work, stocking, and preparation tasks
