SUMMARY: Responsible for providing Beverage service to all Casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of Customer services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of tasks is illustrative ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class. Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to customers in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards. Performs necessary tasks to service customers, i.e.; taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting in maintaining customers gaming area in a clean and neat manner. Monitors customer needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests will be promptly fulfilled. Performs Bartenders, Supervisors, and pertinent casino employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation. Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record. Maintains assigned area for cleanliness. Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
