Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options according to company standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Promote our products and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
