About The Position

The Barista at Hansen's Market at the Hilton Anaheim provides food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. The role includes preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to standardized recipes and guest preferences; learning the menu and specials; taking and entering orders in the point-of-sale system; and completing orders promptly. The Barista is expected to maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards and to bring a friendly, hospitable approach to guest interactions.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to stay organized, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as needed.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
