About The Position

Starbucks baristas create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. They engage with customers, help brighten their day, and provide quality beverages and food products in a fast-paced store environment. Baristas prepare orders according to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer requests, and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
