About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customers have meaningful experiences. You engage with customers, learn their needs, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized instructions. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, following operating and safety standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
