About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide friendly and attentive service, and help make meaningful moments throughout each shift. The role suits people who enjoy a fast-paced environment, engaging with others, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required; Starbucks provides developmental experiences to support growth.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Meet store operating policies and standards, including those related to beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
