About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment; stocks ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; prepares product; receives and processes telephone orders; takes inventory and completes associated paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also includes delivering products by car to customers’ doors and delivering flyers and door hangers. The position requires communicating with customers and coworkers, processing orders in person and over the phone, and navigating the designated delivery area and varied delivery sites.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
