About The Position

We are looking for the best Baristas to join our Coffee Shop Team! You will become part of the dynamic team at La Felicità: an incredible 4500 m² food market with 1500 seats in the heart of Station F, animated daily by over 200 professionals. Our establishment features 8 different gastronomic corners that change throughout the day to satisfy every customer's desire: the Trattoria, the Pizzeria, the Top Bun, the Bakery, the Dessert Train, the Coffee Shop, the Cocktail Bar, and the Biergarten.

Requirements

• Contract for an indefinite period of 42 hours per week, 5 working days with 2 consecutive days off.

Responsibilities

• Management of preparation, mise en place of the coffee area, and necessary supplies for the proper execution of service.
• Warm customer welcome and orientation towards the highest quality of service at every stage.
• Responsibility for preparing hot and cold beverages, ensuring speed in service execution.
• Control and correct use of raw materials, with particular attention to waste reduction.
• Compliance with general hygiene and health regulations and care for the cleanliness of bar equipment.
