As a Barista, you'll be one of the first people guests meet each day, crafting premium coffee and specialty beverages while delivering warm, personalized service that sets the tone for their experience. This role is about more than preparing drinks. It's about creating genuine connections, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and taking pride in every detail—from the quality of each beverage to the cleanliness and presentation of the café. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to coordinate with other baristas.
- Must be able to check food quality and read production charts/recipes.
- Ability to interact with guests in a positive, hospitable manner.
- Must be able to use the cash register/collect money with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Creates genuinely satisfied customers through warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality that makes every guest feel welcomed and valued
- Crafts high-quality beverages with care and consistency, ensuring every cup reflects attention to detail and pride in execution
- Supports smooth and elevated store operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment throughout every shift
- Contributes to store profitability by delivering efficient service, minimizing waste, and enhancing the overall guest experience that drives return visits
- Takes full ownership of learning the Barista role by actively engaging in training, seeking feedback, and continuously growing knowledge of products, procedures, and service standards
