Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months previous experience in a customer service role
- ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Accurately operate a cash register and process customer transactions
- Prepare handcrafted coffee and specialty beverages according to recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with menu selections
- Maintain inventory and restock beverages, supplies, pastries, and café products
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with food and beverage preparation for daily service
- Follow workplace standards for professionalism, appearance, and hygiene
- Communicate effectively, perform basic math, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Support a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
