About The Position

The Barista plays a critical role in bringing Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea’s mission, core values, and coffee partnerships to life by creating specialty drinks and uplifting experiences for customers. The position involves preparing beverages to company standards, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and food-safe store, and continually learning about specialty coffee and tea. Baristas share coffee knowledge in an approachable way and help maintain a positive, courteous, and professional work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a barista.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and urgently.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts and meetings.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to work largely standing, moving, bending, and reaching.
• Comfort wearing a headset for drive-thru operations.
• Be solution-oriented, positive, and able to overcome obstacles.
• Be motivated to achieve results.
