About The Position

Life Alive is hiring a Barista as part of its Front of House Service Team. The role supports the café’s espresso beverage program and guest service operations. Baristas prepare recipes according to standard procedures and aim to achieve ticket times of six minutes or less. Team members also greet guests and delivery drivers, take and package orders accurately, help run food from the line to tables, keep the dining room and café stations clean and stocked, and communicate guest needs. The position suits someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and is committed to Life Alive’s mission and values.

Requirements
