About The Position
As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide quality service, and make each visit meaningful through friendly interactions and attention to customer preferences. Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Engage with customers, identify their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituted ingredients.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
