About The Position

As a Team Member at 7 Leaves Café, you will help create an excellent customer experience by providing extraordinary service, preparing consistent, high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. The position starts at 10–15 hours per week, with the possibility of earning additional hours based on performance. The listed pay range is $18.00–$19.50 per hour, and the position is non-exempt.

Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Ability to work collaboratively to meet store needs.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Flexibility to perform different tasks within the store during each shift.
Ability to learn quickly, follow oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisors and management.
Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

Serve customers and the community empathetically, using clear communication to understand their needs.
Accurately process cash and card transactions.
Prepare high-quality products consistently according to company recipes and customer needs.
Adapt to and follow instructions.
Follow safety policies and procedures, including security and equipment handling, and use first-in, first-out practices.
Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill job requirements throughout the shift.
Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members.
Perform work-related tasks assigned by a supervisor.
Develop familiarity with drink recipes and ratios, including measurements used in the design of the cups.
