About The Position

As a Team Member at 7 Leaves Café, you will represent the company by helping create an excellent customer experience. The role focuses on providing extraordinary service, preparing consistent, high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. The position starts at 10–15 hours per week, with the possibility of earning additional hours based on performance. Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 pounds.
Must be available to work one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday.
Ability to work collaboratively to meet store needs.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Flexibility to perform different tasks within the store during each shift.
Ability to learn quickly, follow oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and management.
Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

Serve customers and community members empathetically, using clear communication to understand their needs.
Process cash and card transactions accurately.
Prepare high-quality products consistently and precisely according to company recipes and customer needs.
Follow instructions and use adequate comprehension skills.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including security and equipment handling, and follow first-in, first-out practices.
Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill job requirements for the duration of the shift.
Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members.
Perform work-related tasks assigned by a supervisor.
Develop familiarity with drink recipes and ratios, including measurements used in the design of the company's cups.
