About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience and meaningful moments through friendly service, such as greeting customers and remembering their favorite orders. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders, handle cash, follow store safety and operating standards, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Requirements

Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Able to learn quickly.
Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work as part of a team and build relationships.
Able to meet store policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes and customer customization requests.
Handle cash and follow store operating, safety, and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
