About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, help brighten their day, and create meaningful moments through friendly service. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
