About The Position
Top Pot is hiring a regular, permanent part-time Barista for its Edmonds Cafe. The role focuses on providing personal attention and outstanding customer service while preparing and serving doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages, and coffee according to company recipes and quality standards. Baristas help maintain a positive, welcoming cafe experience and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards. The position requires availability for opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts; weekend and closing availability are specifically required.
Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize duties using a guest-first mindset.
- Provide a high level of customer service and build rapport with customers.
- Contribute to teamwork with a positive attitude.
- Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages, and coffee orders according to Top Pot recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company guidelines and Health Department requirements.
