About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items according to recipe standards while providing exceptional customer service. The role requires enthusiasm and knowledge about coffee, tea, drink preparation, and products, as well as assisting with setup, cleanup, stocking, and handling food items. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
