About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food consistently according to recipe standards while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, drink preparation, and products, as well as assisting with setup, cleanup, stocking, and handling food items. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and committed to outstanding customer service. This is a seasonal position at Bellevue Square.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of food service or hospitality experience is preferred.
